Depending on where you live and what you order, your items will either ship from a house in Auckland, New Zealand or a little village in Spain (sometimes both).
For orders fulfilled in New Zealand we use NZ Post for NZ orders and DHL Global Mail for international orders. For orders fulfilled in Spain we use Correos (the national postal service of Spain).
Generally speaking most vinyl and T-shirt purchases are likely to be fulfilled from Spain, recent releases on CD from which ever country is closest to you, and older releases from New Zealand.
This is currently a manual process for us as we send out the codes once we pick up order emails - which may not be immediately as we all have day jobs unfortunately.
If you have not received your download code for some reason then please let us know.
We use Bandcamp for the downloads and this gives you a choice of format and quality.

Before we launched the new website we had a 'New Zealand' store with NZD and an 'International' store with USD but it was painful to administrate and people complained that the prices didn't match.
We've built this store with Storenvy (which is really great, if you want a store of your own you should try it) but there's not currently a way to change the currency, though they do have this planned for the future. However since we have customers from all over the world USDs make the most sense in a way for us anyway since most people have some idea of how their currency compares to it.
The good news is that PayPal converts to your currency when you begin to check out anyway.
Below you will find our shipping rates by region and item type (in USD). If you are unsure what region your country falls into please contact us and we will be happy to help you out.
As New Zealand is at the bottom of the world it is difficult for us to keep shipping prices down as these are always increasing for us. Generally speaking these prices, particularly for vinyl, are less that what it actually costs us to send these items to you.
Note that orders within New Zealand will also have GST added (15%).
We will exchange products if they are faulty when you receive them.
That said, we'd ask that if your problem is a cracked jewel case you give us a little bit of a break - despite our best efforts to pack things well sometimes this will happen and if you live on the other side of the world being a small company it's pretty hard to compensate for this sort of stuff.

Lawrence the 'mail order guy' has a full time job so orders are sent out once or twice a week. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks (it's often pretty quick though, plus you get a free digital download for all music purchases so you'll have that while you wait).
